About 14.3 hands. He has been used primarily for trail riding throughout his life. Has been ridden along the highway with no issues. He is gentle and easy to saddle and bridle and is good for the farrier. He likes to get up and go so he is best suited for at least an intermediate rider. Teenagers ride him here at the ranch and get along well with him. He prefers to trot or lope over walking. He would make a pretty flag or parade horse with a little time.
